You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the voucher code box on the basket page before proceeding to check out.

Once you've entered the code, click on 'Add' and it will add the code to your order. When the code has been applied to your order, you'll see the promo value and the total of your order will change to reflect the code.

If you’ve used a promo code on your order, the discount may not apply to all the items in your basket. There are certain exclusions with some promo codes and you can find these in the terms and conditions that would have been included when you received the code.

As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

Not at all, whenever you reach our checkout you will be able to checkout as a guest, but we highly recommend creating an account as you won’t have to enter your details every time you wish to order, and you will be able to view your tracking information, receive our newsletter and discount codes and promos.
