Job Description
You will be involved in all areas of the everyday running of Jonzara.com. As online sales assistant you will work in a small team responsible for the day to today running of our website. Duties include picking and packing of online orders to a strict deadline. Accepting and checking off deliveries. Organising stockrooms and accurately counting stock. Assisting customers with queries and problems online on several platforms and via telephone and email. Assisting customers face to face when required. Maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.
The Role
- Processing Web Orders.
- Handling customer queries via email and telephone.
- Handling customer reviews.
- Stock replenishment.
- Internal Stock Transfers.
