Job Description
You will be involved in all areas of the everyday functioning of Jonzara.com. As online manager you will be responsible for leading a small team and overseeing the day to today running of our large web office. Duties include picking and packing of online orders to a strict deadline. Accepting and checking off deliveries. Organising stockrooms and accurately counting stock. Assisting customers with queries and problems online on several platforms and via telephone and email. Assisting customers face to face when required. Maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment. Assisting marketing manager with e-mail and social media when required.
The Role
- Lead and manage website team.
- Ensure strict deadlines are met.
- Manage and organise stock
- Assist customers with purchases, queries, payments and refunds of orders.
- Ensure web office is clean tidy and well organised at all times.
- Keyholder responsibilities.
- Other reasonable duties.
- Staff training/induction and evaluations.
- Responsible for handling customer complaints.
Experience & Skills
- Excellent organisation.
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in using different computer software including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
