Delivery


 

When you place an order and it is dispatched, you will recieve the tracking information for your order, this can also be viewed from within your Jonzara account.

If you're haveing problems tracking your order or it is late, please contact our Customer Care team!

For our UK Customers, delivery is free over £20

For all other European countries, any order with a value over €100 will recieve a free fully tracked delivery service.

Delivery is on the next day (Monday-Friday) if ordered before 13:00*

  • Delivery is excluded on Public Holidays.
  • Next Day Delivery costs just £6.95.
  • Delivery is fully tracked
  • We’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. You can also track your order by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your most recent orders. Just click ‘Track This Order’ and you’ll be directed to the carrier tracking page.
  • A signature may be required on receipt.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or Major events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Jonzara cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

  • Delivery is within 3-5 working days* from the moment you submit your order.
  • Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
  • If your order is above £20, no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is £3.

If the status of your order is showing as 'order processing', it means that we're busy getting your order together ready to be sent out.

During busy times, this status may show on your order for longer than normal.

You'll receive another email when we send your order to you, which will include a tracking link, if your order doesn’t arrive with you in the specified time, please feel free to get in contact with our Customer Care team.

if you're not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

For your security we can’t change the address your order is being sent to. Don't worry – if you're not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.
